Mark Scarloss

Mark Scarloss is a Vice President and Information Security Officer for a NYC-based subsidiary of a major Global financial institution.

He has held similar positions previously at major European and American financial institutions.

He earned a Master's degree in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas, and later taught German at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. His involvement with information technology began in 1977 during high school and later included programming coursework as well as training in operating systems and networking.

He is President of Geotower, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation engaged in tower site acquisition, management and leasing for wireless telecommunication services.

Mr. Scarloss' professional expertise is in Information Security Policy creation and implementation, IT security and risk management, Business Continuity planning and wireless telecommunications systems.
